Butter Pasta

I could actually eat this every day.  It tastes expensive and fancy but you don’t have to order take out.  I’d also bet you have all these ingredients in your panty/fridge.  Beau and I love butter, pasta and tomato sauce so I combined them all into one delish dish.

This is just as easy as making pasta, setting a timer, and adding the goods.

So here we go

Pasta (this makes one pack of @jovialfoods cappalini pasta)
2 cups tomato sauce of your choice
1 cup saved pasta water
1/3 - 1/2 cup butter (I used Miyokos)
As much Miyokos mozzarella as you want or parm. 

Cook your cappalini 3 minutes shy of the direction.  Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Measure your butter and sauce.

Drain the pasta and add it back into the pot with butter and the water. On low heat, stir the butter in as it melts.  Add the sauce and continue stirring and tasting until its done!  The pasta should be somewhat soupy at first but the liquid will be absorbed by the pasta and it will all meld into a luxurious pasta.
