You read that right. I am so excited to offer my favorite type of bread. It is made with the sourdough although it's not as sour. I'd call it dessert bread used for eating, peanut buttering and over all just making your tummy really happy.
Why sourdough bread? There are many benefits to eating traditionally fermented sourdough bread. Through the fermenting process the grains become more bioavailable also making it easier to digest. Sourdough can also help increase our immune system through the good bacteria the fermentation process creates!
Ingredients: organic sprouted sorghum flour, organic sprouted oat flour and organic tapioca flour, organic chocolate chips (organic chocolate, organic coconut sugar, organic cocoa butter), sea salt and a drop, yes a drop of xanthan gum.
